MONTGOMERY MIDDLE SCHOOL PTO

 

WELCOME new and returning LMS & UMS families!

The MMS PTO is a very active organization with a singular over-arching goal: to enhance our children’s middle school educational experience.

 

For 2024-2025 the PTO plans to focus on:

 

Funding: Buses for field trips, Teacher Grants, Author Visits and more!

Volunteer Run Programs & Events: UMS Social, LMS Book Fair, 5th and 6th grade Fun Fridays, LMS Yearbook, Staff Appreciation luncheon and more!

 

The years 2024/25 calls for new approaches and innovative ideas, and we cannot meet our goal without your help. Your support of fundraisers, your commitment of time, and your donation of talents all come together to make a great year for our children. As we begin the school year, we would like to bring your attention to some items that require your immediate attention:

 

  • Join: Membership is $20 per family or $5 per faculty member and is an important part of our fundraising. Register via montypto.org. You can pay online via credit card or PayPal. (Membership does not obligate you to any further participation).

 

  • Stay Informed:
    • Bookmark our PTO webpage located at montypto.org. Here you will find more information and links for Membership, Spirit Wear and all events and programs throughout the year as well as the PTO Board / Committee contact information.

    • Sign up for our PTO e-news by registering at montypto.org. Stay up to date on everything that is happening in the PTO, the Montgomery schools and the community.

    • Become a member of our Facebook group “Monty PTO”. Request to join our group and don’t forget to turn on “notifications” for last minute news/updates on all of the PTO events. https://www.facebook.com/groups/montypto/

  • Get involved: Volunteers are always needed to make our programs and events the best they can be for our students. Please give an hour, a day or plan an event – we can’t do it without you! View and sign-up for volunteer slots on our website

 

  • Show your Cougar Pride: Montgomery Cougars Spirit Wear will be available for purchase at school and through the PTO online store at montypto.org
