Self Care / Mindfulness Session

Description

2020 brought with it some big changes to our daily lives and with it came stress and added pressure to families; particularly to parents and caregivers. Come join us for an hour interactive workshop to practice and learn some mindfulness exercises to support you and your family. When we care for ourselves, it helps us to feel better and to be more present for our families so that we can best support those we love. Give yourself this gift of an hour to replenish, restore, and nurture yourself. You deserve it!
