As we kick off 2025, MHS is excited to invite families to the first of two Principal Roundtable Discussions. This is an opportunity for us to come together, share information about various school initiatives and procedures, and explore how we can use shared language and understanding to strengthen our partnership to support our students. Please join Principal Heather Pino-Beattie and Dr. Stacey Delbridge, MHS School Psychologist and Lead STARR Clinician, in person on Thursday, January 23, 2025, from 6 to 7 p.m. in the MHS Media Center. We will divide the 60-minute session into a 45-minute presentation and a 15-minute question-and-answer session. Dr. Delbridge and I will discuss how academic stress and anxiety impact our students and how to protect their mental health by incorporating regulation skills into daily life.
